Equipment Introduction
The CO₂ laser marking machine is a type of gas laser system that emits laser light in the mid-infrared spectrum, commonly at wavelengths of 9300 nm, 10200 nm, and 10640 nm.
The machine uses a sealed discharge tube filled with CO₂ gas and auxiliary gases. When high voltage is applied, the gas molecules undergo glow discharge, releasing laser energy, which is then amplified for marking, cutting, and engraving applications.

1. Warranty Period:
Laser Machine: 18 months
Within 12 months, free replacement of parts, including the laser device.
For failures caused by non-human reasons, our company will send new accessories to customers for free, including the laser source.
Customers will need to send back faulty parts (laser source) first.
For other parts, there is no need to return them.
From 12 to 18 months, the customer will bear the laser cost and postage.
Both parties will share the postage cost for the return of the laser device.
The customer will send the faulty laser to our bonded warehouses in Jinan or Shenzhen, China. The purpose of this is to avoid complex customs procedures.
After 18 months, the laser source will cost, and the customer will need to buy the parts and cover the postage costs.

1. What materials are suitable for CO₂ laser marking?
It is ideal for non-metal materials such as wood, leather, glass, acrylic, paper, plastic, and ceramics.
2. Can it be used to mark metals?
It is not suitable for marking bare metals unless the surface has been specially treated or coated.
3. What about beam quality? Will it burn the materials?
The beam is stable and precise. Under proper settings, it won’t burn the material, making it perfect for delicate engraving.
4. How does it differ from a fiber laser marking machine?
CO₂ lasers are designed for non-metals, while fiber lasers are mainly for metals. They serve different applications.
5. Can it support conveyor or flying marking systems?
Yes, it can be integrated with production lines for high-speed flying marking, widely used in packaging, labeling, and cartons.
